Fitness Friday: You Need a Pedometer

It’s Fitness Friday!  Today’s tip comes from IRONMAN Triathlete Ben Gilliam.

If you are just starting out on your fitness journey, I recommend the use of a pedometer.  We all need a reality check on how much we move or don’t move.  Build it up to 10,0000 steps per day.

If you plan on doing some of your walking in your swimspa, make sure you choose a pedometer that is waterproof!
