Fitness Friday: Cut Out Processed Food

It’s Fitness Friday!  Today’s tip comes from IRONMAN triathlete, Ben Gilliam.

The first adjustment to your nutrition program should consist of cutting out all processed foods. We just weren’t mean’t to consume them. No soda, bread, pasta, veggie burgers and even cous cous is processed. Try meat, fish, quinoa,rice, avocados and plenty of greens!
